At My Astral Blueprint, all products and services provided are of a digital, intangible, and, in many cases, personalized nature, which inherently affects their eligibility for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that, pursuant to applicable international consumer protection regulations—including but not limited to the principles established under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and analogous frameworks in other jurisdictions—certain statutory rights of withdrawal may be limited, waived, or rendered inapplicable once digital delivery or service execution has commenced.

With respect to digital products, including but not limited to downloadable files, AI-generated reports, and other electronically delivered content, such items shall be deemed fully delivered and consumed at the moment access is granted, whether or not the customer actively downloads, opens, or reviews the material. Accordingly, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, such transactions shall be considered final, non-reversible, and non-refundable.

Regarding personalized services, including astrological interpretations and AI-assisted reports tailored to user-provided data, the customer acknowledges that the initiation of processing, analysis, or generation constitutes partial or full performance of the contracted service, thereby eliminating eligibility for cancellation or refund, except where explicitly required by law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, review exceptional claims arising from demonstrable technical errors, duplicate transactions, or failure of delivery, provided such claims are submitted within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
